Liz:

Right when we walked onto the dance floor a slow song came on...and when our bodies touched...something unexplainable happened...I felt engery rushing from him to me...something unworldly--and I was happy that I was with him. it looked like everyone stopped to look at us dance, but I didn't care...all I cared about was him...I knew right then that i loved him.

When we touched, there was this huge rush. I thought my hair was going to stand on air. I tried to ignore it, I would have to talk to Michael about this tomorrow.
I was so amazed at this feeling, this feeling of belonging. Liz was amazing, in everyway. I knew they were all watching but I didn't give a damn. Now Liz was popular no-one would care that she was dancing with me. They would just watch. Liz rested her head on my shoulder and I smiled. At last I thought we could finally be together without any weirdnes...well except for the whole "im an alien" thing. I knew I should tell her....but I just decided that if I did shed run screaming.

Once the song ened I whispered to him... "I'm thirsty.." he nodded and we walked off the dance floor and once we got something to drink we found a quiet space where we could talk and be alone..."You know that thing--for me tomorrow night...well I thinking and maybe only you should come...the others don't have to be there..." I told him. "You know...my foster dad was acting strange today...stranger that usual... he flipped out when he knew I was going out with a boy, but once he found out it was with you...he didn't mind at all, he's said...as long as it's with you...it dosen't matter.." I looked at Max...and now I have no idea to what that means.

Huh? That didn't make sense. Unless Liz was with the FBI and investigating him....but she would never do that to him....would she?
Well, I kinda all ready told Michael...but if you're sure your dad wouldn't mind..." I said, still thinking it over in my head. What did this mean?

" Let's just say that he just keeps me around for the monthly check...and only when I came back to Roswell--did he start to notice me,,,he kept saying something about how it's my 18th birthday..and it's time I was to be awaken--and some shit like that." I looked at him. "I'm scared Max...what does this mean?" tears started to fall from my face.

I took in a deep breath... " I promised myself I wouldn't cry..." I smiled as I wiped away the rest of my tears. "What should we do next? Dance?...get some air? or do you want to..." I kissed him right there..in the middle of everything...I pulled away..."It's up to you.." I told him.
