Kukany I am so happy you enjoy my story even though you didn’t know at the time that I was the author for it in Boston. I am glad that you had an awesome time at the Boston Film Festival. It was great meeting you even if it was for a brief moment. Wasn't When Do We Eat Hysterical and isn't Shiri a sweetheart!! It was awesome to finally meet her!! I still can’t believe it was over a month ago we met her! It’s still so surreal!

I love Boston and actually lived there for some time while I was going to grad school at BC before I transferred to grad school in CT. The program was geared towards more of what I am interested in. However I love the city of Boston!! It's such a great town.
I hope to visit again soon. Next time I am in town I would love for you to give me a tour I am sure you know where all the cool places to be are.

The film festival was a dream come true and I hope to do it again soon!!!
Oh yes and I did post my account of meeting Shiri on the Shiri Appleby fan forum board.
OK now on with the new chapter!! Enjoy

Chapter Fifty Eight
“I can’t believe the Red Sox’s Won!” Alex said in disgust as he watched the final score of the baseball game flash on the screen.
“I told you the Yanks had nothing on the Sox” Isabel said smiling in triumph.
“OK we shall see once October rolls around!” Alex said frustrated.
“Fine well we are going to win again just like we did in 2004 so save your breath.” Isabel cried as she smirked at Alex.
“Ok we shall see. All I say is that it will take you another 86 years to win another pendent so enjoy it while it lasts.” Alex cried in defense.
“Why you little…” Isabel yelled as she looked at Alex.
“Little what Isabel?” Alex smirked as he looked at her. They then drew closer together and kissed each other.
“Ok fine maybe I was a little harsh there. Sorry. Congrats on your win.” Alex smiled.
“Thanks well come on at least our teams have one thing in common. The Babe.”
“The Babe. Babe Ruth greatest baseball payer to ever live. Even if he played for the Red Sox's and the Yankees he is still a legend. I propose a toast to The Babe.”Alex said holding up his glass.
“To the Babe” Isabel said as the two of them clinked glasses and smiled as they took a drink.
“Are you sure their isn’t any Jack in that coke?” Jen said as she watched the two of them laughing.
“Hey I resent that!” Jack yelled as everyone burst into laughter.
“No we are sober I swear!” Alex cried as he held up his hand in protest.
“Ok just making sure.” Jen said as she grinned at them.
Chris yawned and stretched. “Well I am heading out. You guys have fun. I will see you Isabel and Alex back at the house. Thanks Joey and Pacey for an awesome dinner. Have a good night guys.” Chris said as he got up from the couch and grabbed his keys.
“Night Chris. See you later.” Pacey said as the group waved goodbye to him.

Chris made his way into the huge house when he heard faint laughter coming from outside. He walked out to where the pool area was and saw Max and Liz in the pool swimming and enjoying them selves.
“I thought you were tired. Guess I was wrong.” Chris yelled breaking Max and Liz out of their splashing fight.
“Oh Chris We didn’t think you would be back so soon.” Liz said looking up at him as she blinked her eyes as water dripped down her face.
“Well the game ended and I came back home. Looks like you two were having fun. Look I understand that you two are going out but you don’t have to lie to me.” Chris spat as he looked at Liz and then at Max.
“I’m sorry Chris. I didn’t mean to…”
“Save it Parker. I don’t need another excuse as to why people act the way they do.” Chris said as he stared deep into Max’s eyes.
“Look Chris don’t play the victim here. Liz is a grown woman and can do what she wants.” Max spat.
Chris laughed “Funny you should say that. I guess lying now falls under the category of deception. I expected better of you Max.” Chris cried as a gleam of jealously flickered in his eyes.
“I expected more from you Chris. Now please can you just leave us alone!” Max said through clinched teeth.
“Fine good night Liz. I am sorry for my display. I hope you can forgive me. See you later Max.” Chris said as he looked at the two of them before he left and walked back into the house.
Max splashed the water in front of him in frustration. “You see Liz this is the reason why Chris can’t change!” Max yelled in disgust.
“He did have a point I did lie to him about meeting up with you and everyone tonight at the beach to go swimming. I told him I was going home and to bed.” Liz said as she bit her bottom lip.
“Why did you lie to him?” Max questioned as he looked at her.
“I don’t know I guess I was scared he would find out. I know it is silly I mean he knows we are dating but I guess I was afraid to hurt him.” Liz said softly.
“Hurt him. Liz this is Chris we are talking about everyone he thinks wants to hurt him.” Max said in shock.
“I guess your right. Look Max I am trying to make the best of the situation between you and Chris. I am trying to make an effort to at least be respectful to him and maybe even be friends again. I know what I did was wrong. Maybe I should talk to him?” Liz sighed as she looked up at Max.
“Ok.” Max said as he pulled her closer to him. “I just don’t want anything bad to happen to you.” Max said as he kissed her forehead. “Max nothing bad is going to happen to me. I love you and only you.” Liz said as she kissed him.
Max nodded and let Liz go into the house to talk to Chris.
She found Chris sitting in his dad’s office with the lights off as she entered the dark room.
“Chris I am sorry about tonight. It was wrong of me to lie to you. Are you alright?” She asked as she saw tears falling down his cheeks. “Just leave me alone Liz please.” He whispered softly as he looked out the window to the night sky.
“Ok I wish I could help you. I will leave you be.” Liz said softly as she left the room. She stood in the dark hallway outside of the room for a minute. She heard Chris start to sob in the dark room as she heard him whisper the words “Abby” in the darkness.

Dawson sat in the local coffee shop as he drank is coffee and read the morning paper enjoying his early morning ritual as he skimmed over an article.
The article was about an arrest on the pier that Pacey’s brother Doug was involved in helping out with the arrest of two out of tourists who tried to steal a boat form the yate club. He was so engrossed in the story that he didn’t even hear someone had joined him in the empty chair across from him.
“Damn tourists pathetic really trying to steal one of our boats in order to have the life they so desperately want.” A voice said as Dawson he looked up from his reading.
“Drue Valentine what do I deserve for gracing me with your presence this morning.” Dawson said as he folded his paper in half and stared into Drue’s cold piercing blue eyes.
“It’s about your movie.” Drue sighed as he learned back into his chair.
“What about it? Are you not happy with your character?” Dawson said as he took a sip of his coffee.
“No my character is fine. It’s about your script. Your ending it lacks originally.” Drue sighed as he looked out the window and then back at Dawson.
“How so?” Dawson sighed as he looked at Drue.
“Well for starters the ending is too predictable. I mean we all know that Miss White will end up with the Detective.” Drue said as he rolled his eyes.
“And your point?” Dawson said looking up at him in confusion.
“It’s not original where is the suspense? This melodrama is so boring. I mean wouldn’t it be something if Miss White ended up with Nathanial Fox now that would be a shocker.” Drue said as his eyes gleamed with excitement.
“You want me to have the leading lady end up with the mob leader? That defeats the whole purpose of my movie. It’s to show some morals the reluctant hero saving the day and how an innocent man gets the justice he deserves. By having the leading lady end up with the Mob would make no sense.” Dawson said firmly as he took a sip from his coffee.
“Oh come on Dawson this whole virtuous things is so passé. How are you ever going to break into the film business when all your films are like a Dear John Letter?” Drue sighed as he leaned closer to him and placed his elbows on the table.
“Because I choose to have it that way.” Dawson said raising an eyebrow as he looked at Drue.
“Ok, Ok what if you have Blackwell get the justice he deserves in the end. However does it really matter who Miss White falls in love with at the end. Does it really impact the story that much?
I mean Blackwell could have his named redeemed while Yvonna leaves and goes off with Fox in the end. Mr. James Blane the detective has done his job the case is solved. Why have her fall for him? I mean after all in the end was it all about love or are you trying to show justice here?” Dure said trying to make his point clear.
“Whatever Drue I will take your suggestion into consideration.” Dawson said as he gulped the last of his coffee and slammed his mug down on the saucer.
“Well I will leave you to your coffee and reading about the stupid mundane activities that plague this town.” Drue said as he got up from his chair.
“Think about it Dawson. It could be the ending of the ages. Can you say Oscar?” Drue said as he hit him on the back and smiled as he walked away.
Dawson just shook his head and sighed at the display he just had witnessed as he opened up the paper and got back to his morning routine.
