I walk over to Liz and put my hand on her should trying to comfort her. Things between us is not to good but I still love her.

"Liz....if you need to talk I am here." I say not knowing what else to do.

"Im fine Max" I say quietly and quickly as I stand up to join Alex by the book of Shadows. I need to focus on something. Anything but Max.
I wonder if Maria's thought about the curse....but then again thats probably another thing she has conveniently forgotten.
I wish I could.
Thank God the book is on th other side of the room for where I was with Max.
I hope no one noticed that akward interchange and Max just leaves it.

Taking a deap a breath I accept the hug from Maria but pull back quickly. I look at Michael and decide to make it easy on everyone.

"Maria we are friends...just friends" I assure her. She is to confused right now to deal with her love life...hell she doesn't even rememeber her love life. This way everyone can move on with their lives as if the kiss never happened at least until Maria remebers.

What happened? It's like she did a 180. I thought she might still care about me ,but obviuosly I was wrong.

"Any luck finding an apartment?" she says not wanting to talk about us anymore.

"No, but I don't know how long I'll be sticking around. There's nothing here for me."

I growl taking a step ahead.

I look up at Max as I get to my feet and feel kinda sorry for him. "We need to get Maria's memory back and then we need to find a spell to defeat Sebastian without killg him." I explain

I cant help but think that he's willing to help other people so easily...yet he cant help me.
Even from over here I just keep looking at him.
"Maybe we have something useful at the shop? Perhaps Ill go check it out? Anyone wanna come?" I ask making eye contact with everyone in the room but Max.

I'm relieved as Alex tells Maria that they are just friends; I'm willing to overlook the fact that they kissed earlier if they stay just friends.

Testing my ability to touch the book of shadows, I open it, and start flipping through. "Liz, that's a good idea. Take someone with you," I say, taking charge. That's what I'm used to doing. Tess, Kyle or Alex, do you want to give me a hand please? I'm not to familiar with this book."

I look down at the sidewalk in an attempt to hide the tears that have taken residence in my eyes and will soon be falling.

"We better get home." I say looking up at the sky. "Its about to rain." I mutter.

(I hope nobody minds me changing the weather since it does effect everyone to a small extent. )
