I look myself over one last time. A short, dark blue dress covers my small form...okay more like clings to. My hair flows freely over my shoulders in soft curls. Dark red lipstick covers my full lips make them look even fuller. A pair of 3 inch heeled strappy black shoes are on my feet making my brint red toenail polish seem even brighter.
A small smile grazes my lips as I study myself in the mirror. Perfect. With a satisified sigh I head outside and into my car, heading for the party.

After giving my hair what I tell myself is the last tweak, I look at my reflection. I look good...but then again I always do, so what did I expect! I especially look good in my gear.
I'm wearing black baggy pants with many pockets and chains, a punk rock tee-shirt. I give my spiked hair one final tweak before heading outside.
I jump on by bike and speed off to Kyle's.
Ladies watch out, Here I come.

I pull up in front of the house I assume the part is at. The address matches. I am new in town...you can never be sure...I might be lost for all I know. Right after climbing out of my car a guy on a motorcycle pulls up behind me. I give him a small smile and wave. Being nice never hurt anybody.

I roar my bike up to Kyle's house and stop. I see a girl in a short blue dress.
Cor...
A little overdressed perhaps...but hey...she does look good. She gives a little wave. Oh yeah...
Jumping off my bike I chain it up. I didnt wear a helmet, as I dont want my spikes mucked up.
I walk over to her.
"Hey there"

ooc: hope this works, not sure how close Alex and Isabel are as of yet, so I just made them friends.

"Okay, so just because Alex practically begged me to go to this party doesn't mean I have to. It's his fault he isn't getting along with Michael and Max now and just wants a friend to hang out with," I mutter to myself, standing in front of my closet. I've never been to a party. I just never felt the urge to go to someone I don't know's house, get drunk, and end up doing something I'll regret. Reading a book in the big armchair in my living room sounds like a much better plan. But, Alex didn't want to be entirely alone at the party, and I'm a sucker for being pressured into anything.
So what does one wear to a party? Looking in my closet, I push past the usual sweaters, jeans, and general clothing of every sort. I'm not one to dress stylish; no one ever needed to notice me. I'm just the one that blends in with my surroundings, instead of sticking out like Michael and Max. I figure its easier to keep our secret that way.
Reaching toward the back depths of my closet, I pull on what looks like a dress. Indeed, thats what it is. I haven't worn it since I went to that wedding last fall, when my mom wanted me to buy it. Dresses just aren't usually my thing, but it was a simple black one, nothing fancy. Smiling, I remove it from the hanger. It won't hurt to try it on, though I'll more than likely not wear it.
"Here goes..." I mumble, quickly taking off my clothes before pulling it on. Once it's over my head, I straighten it out and shut my eyes for a moment, willing myself to look okay in the mirror. When I open them, at first glance I hardly recognize myself. There's no way this is what I look like. Turning to my side, I smooth some wrinkles in the dress. It's got to be a magic dress, there is no other explanation, at least nothing scientifically based.
I actually look nice. The dress comes to just above my knees, not horribly short, and at the neck it's a sort of off the shoulder-boxish looking design. Dare I say it, you can actually see curves, too. Grinning, I do a brief twirl around, and then look through my closet again, pulling out some black mary janes and a grey shrug. Don't want to go all revealing on people, the point is to not be noticed. I pull the shrug on over the dress and slip on the mary janes, which have practically no heel. When you are a girl and you are as tall as me, you tend to stray from heels.
I wander into the bathroom, dragging my purse, and put my glasses on before pulling all my blonde hair into a messy bun. Ready to go. I hardly wear makeup; I don't see the point, and besides, why waste the time. Glancing at my watch, I notice that it's nearing the time I said I was going to meet Alex there.
"Shoot, bye mom!" I call, before rushing out the door. I'm not one to be late, actually, I'm eerily punctual for everything. Getting in my beat up camry, I drive, following the directions that Alex wrote down for me. Mere minutes later I park the car across the street and sit there for a moment, not getting out. Am I really going to do this? I mean, be social? I mean, I won't totally be alone, cause Max, Alex, and Michael are all going, but it's just...intimidating.
"No," I say aloud, reaching for my purse. I will not be a pushover for my entire life. I need to meet some people, or at least experience the whole, outside of school part of life. And now is my chance. I debate over whether or not to wear the shrug, then decide against it and throw it in the front seat. I step out of the car and lock it, before walking across the street. I see some people walking in, and immediately recognize Michael from his insanely punk outfit.
"Michael!" I call, walking over to him quite briskly. I so do not want to draw attention to myself.
