The ONE Fic I insist you read Recommendations

My turn. A well known fic through the Ros community and a great read. It's funny and random but that's why i love it.

Spin by Incognito.

She wrote a sequel of sorts to it as well called Core which is Spin but in Max's POV, so there are extra parts thrown in there, but that one seems to have dissapeared off the web and it never got finished anyway.

I second that!...If anybody is interested in the unfinished sequel, PM me and I can send it to you!

Third it! This story made me fall in love with fanfics!

This fic has already been recommeded but I love it. So, my pick is this dreamer fanfiction that was beautifully written called "Blue Remembered Hills" by WR. I recommend it to everyone. It has everything a new or even an old Roswell fan would love.

Innocent (Mockingbird) - the master piece
Regarding Max and The Growing series (Deejonaise) - too strong for words
Kiss the flames and Rope the wind (Ashton) - a love poem
Uphill battle (Anais Nim) - unforgettable
Finding Ulysses (Peachkyn) - too credible and well written
Love and marriage (Blake) - fluffy and endearing

Oh man, so many...so many...
Mine would have to be Revelations by Emilyluvsroswell.

The story captures the personalities of our roswell characters that we know and love so well. It's angsty and funny and romantic and suspenseful. No wonder she won so many awards for it.

Ok, so there are quite a few older fics that came to mind for this category (I'm kinda behind on the newer stuff ), but since a lot of those have already gotten fanfare and won awards, I'm gonna pull out a fic that hasn't been mentioned in eons (mostly because the writer disappeared before the new board even popped up in, what was it, 2003?) . . . I mean, you'll have to get in your way-back machines to read it (about as far back as when "Spin" was originally posted) but here goes:

Secrets in the Past by Lizzybell

Summary: After Max in the City and ARCC.
Liz’s secret is taking a tremendous toll on her and her ability to control her new found powers. There is a new girl in town who has something to tell Michael. Isabel is going to find out something not so nice about her past. Someone unexpected could come between Liz and Max. Strange occurrences are plaguing Michael and Liz. On top of everything else, there is an even bigger secret out there (not Future Max). A secret that will send their world spinning out of control and quite possibly take one of them with it

It starts off a little rocky but when it takes off . . . What a ride! . . . Years later it still makes me sad that the sequel is unfinished:

Summary: This story is our own little alternative universe to what Roswell really is. In here the charachters are totally different. The aliens are still aliens but with a twist, Michael doesn't know about Isabel and Max and vice a versa. Circumstances bring them toghether and they find out about each other.
