I am a fanartist and author and there is something I never considered about this website that I would like to know from you guys. I have a fic "As the Orb Glows" that, as of right now, has different color fonts in it to make it ‘easier’ to read because it is written in script form. My beta raised the complaint to me that because I've got the font in different colors (not crazy colors like hot pink, but dark blue, green, etc) it makes the story hard to read on his black background screen. You see, I use the jasidog profile set up that has a light colored background and dark colored font, so the use of color makes it easier for me to read. I forget that this website has seven different skins available:
UC Couples: Purple background, white font
Dreamer: Blue Background, light font
Spaceship: black background, white font
jasidog: light blue background, dark font
Orange Planet: black background, white font
Couples: Black background, white font
Subsilver(profile without logging in): Slate gray, black font
And each of those profiles has a different viewing experience for the reader. This also affects how our fanart is viewed but its not as noticeable.
Here's my fic as I see it:

Easy to follow, right?
Here's how someone who uses the Orange Planet skin sees it:

Virtually unreadable!
So I'm curious, what do the majority users use out there?
