Summary: This is from Liz's point of view. Near the end of the second season.
Like life I find I can write these stories much better when I'm pissed
at my boyfriend. So being that I'm royally pissed right now I can write. If you've heard that song
Selfish by Asia Cruise it fits with this story. Okay I just checked my messages on the website and
didn't realize there were so many rules to post now...
Dedicated to all the selfish men out there who don't realize all we really do for them, having and taking
care of thier kids, laundry, dishes, lunches and dinners, sex. Yeah all that's done by us guys! I think
men need us more then we need them! As I said I'm really pissed!
Liz sat in the chair on her balcony staring at the journal in her lap. She didn't even remember how it had gotten there.
Or for that matter she wasn't clear how she had gotten there.
Oh yeah Max had dropped her off.

Max the stupid asshole who had gotten Tess pregnant.

How selfish was that? Seriously he had slept with Tess, he didn't even love that bitch. Yet he had fucked her
and gotten her pregnant.
And now it was her sitting there with a broken heart.
She wanted to beat the bricks until her fists were bloodied. Maybe if she hurt herself the pain in her heart
would stop. She doubted it.
Maybe if she gave Tess the mother of all ass whoopings she would feel better. Possibly yes that would make her feel
better. But then they arrested people for beating up people especially when they were with child.
Though if she explained it was an alien child maybe it wouldn't count.
Yeah Liz, sure tell them "Yeah I beat her ass, but it's an alien child so it's ok." And they wouldn't lock her in the loony bin and
throw away the key at all.
The thing of it was she expected it from Tess. She had wanted Max since she came to town, she was his wife from
another planet so it made sense. But not Max, he loved her she knew it, so why had he done it?
Because he was selfish.
He had been hurt by the fact that she thought she had slept with Kyle, but she had made him think that to save
the world. Who was Max saving? Who was he helping? Oh he was helping someone, himself. To a slice of Alien skank
pie. Well she hoped that the serving was worth it. Now he had a baby on the way, his life was going to be changed forever.
She had been through to much this year. Why did she have to be the one to give everything up. Everything had changed
since Alex died. God Alex was one of her best friends, and Max had been such an ass. She knew, just knew that
there was more to Alex's death then everyone was saying. But Max kept accusing her of blaming them, I mean
did he really think that she thought one of their group was responsible? Just the other day he had practically yelled at her for talking
to Tess. And the whole time he had known that Tess was pregnant. Selfish.
He wanted his pie and the right to be mad at her to. And now he was leaving, not just leaving town but leaving the planet.
She would never see him again. Never feel his arms around her again. Never look across school and see him walking by
knowing that she was looking and give her that look that made her feel like she was the only one who mattered.
No because he had selfishly slept with Tess they had to leave earth, not just Tess and him to save thier baby. But
Isabel who was still getting over Alex. And Michael who was Marias first love.
Him and his dick had ruined everything, I guess guys thinking with thier little brain instead of thier big one was
true in all galaxies.
She jumped up from her chair.
Max was leaving, and they had found out that Leanna wasn't the killer. So the killer was still out there and she wasn't going to sit around and wait for them to come and kill her and Maria as well.
She had questions about Alex god damn it. And she was going to find out who had killed him, if it was the last thing she did.
