According to Kirsten at eonline, Emilie will be on a holding contract with Lost for season five and returning in season six. So no Emilie next year but she will be back in the future.

Last I heard, they were only going to make 2 more seasons of Lost after season 3 (this was over a year ago) and were finishing/cancelling it after season 5. six seasons. There's two more but they will be reduced from the usual 21/22 episodes to 16 (or 17 to make up for the writers strike this year.)

So we won't be getting any closure with the Creepy Claire storyline huh? Atleast not for a year.
