If I'm not mistaken, those are all just promotional pictures that were taken in early S1. They're not from any episode.

Originally there was a chase sequence in the pilot episode, it wasn't used in the final cut but some of it was used in season one's opening credits. I think those pictures came from that.

I at first thought they were from an episode in season 3 (i think) where Liz is running away from Roswell, she's looking for something and her and Max get into a fight before she leaves Roswell. WOW, I need to watch that episode again, my brain is foggy.....but I guess it doesnt matter anyways because the pics are from a deleted scene in the Pilot!

The third pic is actually from a promo that ran on the WB.
I have it somewhere in my files.
It shows Max and Liz in the desert, and the camera goes around them as he touches her face.

The third picture is definitely from promotional adds, or "promos" that you can find here: http://www.vidiot.com/Roswell/ They have all the trailers aired for the show (and I love them for that!)
The fourth picture looks like something from Destiny in season 1. I went as far as hunting down stills from that episode to see if the wardrobe matched. And no, it doesn't, but crashdown has it along with the first picture as stills from that episode. So maybe they were rehearsal or a deleted scene from Destiny ::shrug::

I know you posted this a while ago but I thought I'd let you know (as well as the other people on this forum) that these pictures are from an original pilot that was never aired. I've been trying to find it somewhere on the internet to watch it because I'm so interested in seeing how that original pilot was but I can't seem to find it. I'll keep looking and I hope that if you're looking you'll let us know if you find anything!
good luck!

There have been rumors for years about an 'unaired pilot'. It doesn't exist.
There are a couple of scenes that were not aired in the pilot, and some of the end was re-shot, but there is no other version of the pilot.
