Great Chapter!!!! Please please please please please please please please come back and post more really really really really soon? I can't wait to read what will happen next for Max and Liz. I can't believe Sean broke into Liz's room and stapped her. I'm glad that Liz screamed when she did. And I'm glad that Max and Jeff came to save Liz. I can't believe what happen to Liz when she was younger. I'm glad that Jeff and Nancy were there for Liz. I wonder will Liz be fine when she wakes up? Will Max and Liz talk? When will Liz wake up? Will Sean go to prison and never get out?

L-J-L 76 Liz did have a really bad past. Sean will not be able to hurt anyone else for a long time.
Eve Yes Sean is off to jail. Liz's early childhood was very sad. But she was to young to really remember most of it.

Part 21
Max followed a nurse into Liz's room. She looked so small in the big bed. He sat in one of the chairs next to the bed and took her hand.
"God Liz. I don't know what I would do if I lost you."
He held her hand just watched her sleep. He then felt her squazee his hand. He watched as her eyes slowly started to open.
"Hey." Said Max softly
"Hey." Said Liz
"How you feeling sweetie?"
"Not bad for being stabbed."
"I know the feeling."
That was when Liz saw the bandage.
"Max are you OK?"
"Fine just a little cut."
"I'm sorry. This is all my fault."
"No Liz. The only one to blame is Sean. You didn't ask for him to come after you."
"He's right Lizzie. Now you just need to get better." Said Jeff coming in.
"Max, will you give us some time with our daughter? Your parents are still in the waiting room." Said Nancy
"Sure. I'll see you tomorrow sweetie." Said Max kissing her cheek.
"Night Max, and thank you for saving me." Said Liz
Max smiled as he left the room. He walked back to the waiting room where his parents were.
"How is she Max?" Asked Philip
"She woke up while I was with her. She blames herself for what happened." Said Max
"Did she know that this monster would come after her?" Asked Diane
"No. She dated him in high school. From what she told me he put pressure on her to have sex. But she refused to bend. The one time he got his hand in her pants she kicked him where it hurts and told her father. From what I heard from Michael, Kyle and Maria her father pulled out a shotgun the next time he came into the diner and ran him out. Told him next he set foot in the place or touch Liz he would blow him away."
"A father will do anything to protect his little girl." Said Philip
"Max, when Liz is up to it we want to talk to her. I know that he is going to face criminal charges. But she can also file a civil suit for pain and suffering as well as medical bills not covered by inserence." Said Diane
"I'm not sure he has any money."
"We can still talk to her." Said Philip
"I'll let her know."
Twenty minutes later Jeff and Nancy came out of Liz's room.
"How is she?" Asked Diane
"Resting. But she will recover. You should go and get some rest. Stay at our apartment. Liz's room is off limits until the police finish in there. So there is our room and the guest room." Said Jeff handing Philip the apartment key.
"You're not coming home?" Asked Max
"No we are going to stay the night with Liz. Max she told us to tell you go get some rest. Come back in the morning." Said Nancy
"OK. Mom, dad you take the guest room. I'll just sleep on the sofa in the living room." Said Max
"We'll see you in the morning thank you." Said Diane
Max left with his parents and headed back to the Parkers.

And Sean, what a jerk he is. Hope he gets what he deserves.
It was nice that Diane and Phillip came to Liz's aide too, and Max will make sure she is safe in the future I am sure.

Great Chapter!!!! Please please please please please please please please come back and post more really really really really soon? I can't wait to read what will happen next for Max and Liz. I'm glad Liz is safe. I hope Sean goes to prison for a very long time for what he did to Liz. I'm glad that Diane and Philip are wanting to help Liz. Hopefully they will be able to help Liz. I think Liz parents, Max, Michael, Kyle, Maria and Liz's room mates are going to be very protective over Liz from now on.

Carolyn Yes Liz did have a rough early childhood. Sean is a real jerk and he will get what is coming to him. Yes it was very nice of the Evans' to come to check on Liz. Max won't let anything bad happen to Liz again if he can help it.
L-J-L 76 Liz has a lot of people in her life now that really care about her. They will all protect her the best they can.
Part 22
Max walked into the hospital the next morning stopped in the gift shop bought a teddy bear and a single white rose. He then headed to Liz's room. He stopped out side the door when he heard a nurse talking to Liz. He waited until the nurse came out.
"Let me guess your Max." Said the nurse
"Yeah. Can I go in?"
"Yes. Try and get her to eat her breakfast. It's just oatmeal and juice. But she is being stubborn."
"I'll see what I can do."
"Thanks. She needs to eat if she wants to get out of here."
"Got it."
Max walked into the room and saw Liz sitting up in bed and not touching the tray in front of her. He walked over and gave her a kiss.
"Hey sexy." Said Liz
"What's this I hear about you refusing to eat?"
"Max that oatmeal tastes like paste."
"Sweetie, they won't let you out of here if you don't eat. Besides I doubt it really tastes like paste."
Liz picked up the spoon and shoved it into Max's mouth. He made a face she was right it was really bad.
"OK it's bad. But you still need to eat."
"Max don't make me!"
"Please sweetie. I promise that as soon as you are well enough I will make it up to you."
"I will hold you to it."
Liz picked up her spoon and started to eat her breakfast. She got about half the bowl down before she shoved the tray away.
"Sorry can't eat any more." Said Liz
"It's ok. You ate something that's good."
"So Max am I going to get my flower and teddy bear now?"
"Yes."
Max handed over the bear and put the rose on the table next to the bed..
"Thank you."
"You're welcome sweetie."
Just then Liz's nurse came in and looked at the tray.
"Good. Now maybe your boyfriend here will get you something you like to have with your lunch." Said the nurse
"Only if she behaves. That means no fighting the doctors and nurses." Said Max
"You are no fun." Mumbeled Liz
The nurse laughed and moved the tray out of the way then left the room.
"Liz, my parents came down. When you are doing better they want to talk to you about filing a civil law suit against Sean." Said Max
"I don't know what good that would do. He has no money, and his only family are Maria and her mom. I will not make Amy DeLuca pay for his crime."
"I understand that. I told them I didn't think he had any money."
Just then there was a knock on the door and sheriff Valenti stuck his head in.
"Liz, can I get a statement from you about what happened last night?"
"Yeah sure. Is it OK if Max stays?"
"Sure."
