Chapter 9b
Max looked over at Liz. Liz slowly walked towards his hospital bed. She sat next to him and held his hand.,
“hey, welcome back” She said as she brushed his hair away from his face.
“Whats going on?” Max asked looking at him curiously.
“ You've been in a coma for a while” She said softly.
“What?” Max asked as he tried to sit up. But the pain made him lay back down.
“Dont move, your still weak” Liz said.
“ I cant remember anything its all a blurr” Max said softly.
“sshh just rest everything will be ok” Liz said softly as she kissed him on the cheek. She left him so he could sleep. She went outside, she needed some fresh air. She felt like she was going to hurl everywhere. She started to cry as she sat against the Wall of the hospital. Michael came up to her and sat next to her.
“hey” he said softly.
“Hey” She said as she wiped her tears away from her eyes.
“you need someone to talk to?” He asked.
“yeah, I..Just dont know what I am going to do.” Liz said softly.
“Well, Max will get better” Michael said hugging her tightly.
“ I know its just that...I cant deal with anymore pain. I'm tired of crying.” Liz said softly.
“ Then dont cry, Make things better. I am here for you, Maria, Alex and everyone is here for you” Michael said.
“Thank you” liz said softly.
“No problem, come on I'll take you over to maria's you can get a good shower and something to eat” Michael said as he helped her up.
Max fell asleep, he started dreaming. He seen the gleam of the knife and Then felt the cold metal blade go through him. He jumped up in a cold sweat in panic. The nurse came into the room to check on him.
“Dont move you'll pull the stitches out” The nurse laying him back down. Max closed his eyes and kept seeing the knife.
“ Was I stabbed?” He asked The nurse.
“yes, you dont remember? your all over the news and papers.” The nurse handed him the sports Section of the paper his face was on the front page.
“BASKETBALL RIVARLY SPUN OUT OF CONTROLL” Max read out loud. he read the first few Paragraphs and threw the paper to the floor.
Liz felt sick to her stomach. She couldnt even look at he food on her plate. Maria watched her pick at her food.
“Liz you better eat, I dont think you have had a good meal in days” Maria said glancing over at Michael.
“I'm really not hungry Ria” Liz said as she got up from the table.
The next morning -
Liz Went to visit max in the hospital. He looked better today then he did yesterday and the doctor said that he was doing well for someone who just came out of a coma.
“Hey” She said as she Kissed him on the cheek.
“Hey what are you doing here so early?” Max asked.
“ I Thought about you all night and I wanted to come see you right away” Liz said with a smile. Max took her hand and Smiled at her.
“When can I get out of here so I can hold you in my arms and Kiss you, and tell you how much I love you” Max said kissing her hand.
“In at least a week or 2 the doctors dont want to risk anything, Do you think you can hold off that long?” Liz said smiling.
“I dont know, I miss you” Liz smiled and leaned in to Kiss him.
“Just think 2 more weeks, and then you can have me” Liz said as she continued to kiss him.
“your making it hard” Max said. There was a knock on the door. Liz looked over and saw Her parents.
“What the hell are you doing here!” She yelled.
“We came to see you and we figured you would be here with him.” her mother replied.
“leave now” Liz said.
“Lizzie sweetie We want you to come back home. We understand why you did all this, We forgive you and we want you home” Her father said. Liz laughed, and she stood there with stern look upon her face.
“No! You Kicked me out remember? I hate you, I hate Nick! I want nothing to do with you and how dare you come into my husbands hospital room and talk to me when your son is the one who did this to him!” Liz yelled. Instantly hospital security was Right in the door way.
“Is there a problem here?” the security guard asked.
“No, we were just leaving” Mr Parker said as His wife followed behind.
“I cant believe them! I hate them!” Liz yelled.
“Liz sweetie calm down, All the yelling is giving me headache. Right Now I just Want you and only you” Max said as he motioned her to come closer.
“Tomorrow I am going to get all my stuff from my room” Liz said as she curled up next to him on the hospital bed.
“Ok, you know if the nurses or anyone come in here and see curled up next to me they are going to kick you out” Max replied.
“I dont Care I want to be next to you, I missed you” Liz said as she laid her head on his shoulder. They Both fell asleep in each others arms.
Maria Flippe through the channels on The TV. She stopped on a news station when she noiticed Nick walking out of Sheriff's station. The camera turned to a blond female reporter.
“Nick parker, the captain of the west Roswell comets high school basket ball team was Released On Bond today for 2 counts Of Attempted Murder.” The Blond femal reporter said. Maria Jumped up and yelled for michael.
“Michael!” She yelled. Michael came running into the living room.
“why are you yelling” He asked as he glanced at the tv.
“He's Out of jail” Maria said.
“Son of bitch!” Michael yelled as he grabbed his jacket and ran out the door. Maria followed.
“Michael I dont want you doing anything stupid!” She yelled as she hopped in the truck with him.
“ Dont worry about What I am going to do. Just worry about getting me out of jail if I get arrested” michael said as he sped out of the driveway.
“Michael your going to make things worse” Maria yelled.
“So what! He tried to Kill My best friend twice! His punk ass needs to beat” Michael said as they drove. Maria was going to try to keep Michael from doing anything stupid.
“Stop the truck michael Now!” maria yelled.
“No!” Michael yelled.
“Stop now! because I dont want to see you get hurt! If you Go after him your going to get hurt! And I dont want to see you lying in a hospital bed! I care way too much about you!” She yelled. Michael stopped the car and pulled it over. They sat there in the truck in slience for a moment.
“ you care about me?” Michael said turning towards her.
“yeah I do, I....Know it sounds crazy but Ever since I met you Have really ...” Michael stopped her from saying another word. Leaned over and kissed her passionetly. Maria was caught off guard.
“What was that for?” Maria asked not wanting him to stop.
“ A thank you. I care about you too” Michael said with a smile.
“Does this mean you wont do anything stupid now?” Maria asked , he started up the truck and they headed back to her house.

Chapter 10a
"We have to tell Liz" Michael said as they sat in the truck in the driveway.
"But we have to make sure Nick doesnt find her first. Who knows what could happen" Maria said.
"We just cant sit here"
maria Pulled her cell phone out and dialed The hospitals number. She told them what room she wanted and they connected her. Max was pulled out of his sleep when the phone rang. Liz moved slowly.
"I'll get it" She said as she quickly grabbed the phone.
"Hello" She said into the phone tiredly.
"Liz, Its Ria we need to talk"
"Whats going on?" Liz asked.
"Nick is out of jail" Liz looked over at Max. She quickly hung the phone up and Quickly got up.
"Whats going on?" Max asked tiredly.
"Nothing, I just need to stretch for a while, I'm going to go get something to eat of the machine" Liz said as she quickly kissed Max and Headed out of the room. She went up to The nurse at the front desk.
" Excusse me, Is there anyway you can get some security around my Husbands room?" Liz asked softly.
"Sure, your Nick parkers sister arent you?" nurse asked.
"yes and I dont Anyone coming into his unless it certain people. I'll make a list of names" Liz said as The nurse handed her A piece of paper and pen. She wrote down everyones name.
"Only these people can come into his room. No one else!" Liz said.
"Got it, and I'll keep the security guard patrolling his room" The nurse said.
"Thank you" Liz went back into his room.
"Max I'm going to go There is something I need to do" She said Kissing him softly.
"What do you have to do?" max asked curiously.
" There is something That me and Maria need to take care of " Liz said softly as she left the room again.
Liz met Michael and maria In front of the hospital.
"What are you going to do liz?" Maria asked.
"Found out who bailed him out" Liz said softly as she crossed her arms in front of her. She felt sick to her stomach again.
"Are you ok Liz?" Michael asked.
"yeah I'm fine just a little stressed. I swareif My parents bailed him out I..I dont know what I will do" Liz said.
"Liz you look really pale" maria said brushing her hair away from her face.
"I'm fine" Liz said.
"you dont look fine" Michael said. Suddenly Liz fainted. Michael caught her before she could hit the ground. He carried her back into the hospital.
She came to in The examing room of the hospital. Maria and Michael were out in the hall talking to the doctor.
" We ran some test on her, It seems that she is Pregnant" the doctor said. maria and michael both looked at the doctor with a shocked face and Both replied at the same time,
"pregnant?"
"yes, and she has been really stressed out lately, and its not good for the baby, she needs be eating more and drinking alot of fluids." Michael and maria went into the examining room.
"Let me guess its just stress" Maria smiled at her hugged her tightly.
"Yeah that and your pregnant" Maria said. Liz pulle away from her and looked at her confused.
"What?" She said.
"your pregnant, your going to have a baby!" Maria said with a excitement.
"Oh my god!" Liz yelled.
Reporters were surrounding the parker Household. Nick Ran up to the house with his parents. They quickly shut the door.
" Just act like everything is normal" Mrs parker said as she hugged her son tightly.
"where's Liz now?" He asked his mother.
"She's with him of course, we tried to talk her into coming home But she wouldnt Listen to us" Mrs parker said.
"eventual she will come for her stuff" Nick said.
"Eventual" Mr parker said.
Max tiredly flipped through the channels on the tv. He stopped when He noticed a news reporter Standing out in front of the parker household.
"Nick parker had no comment today about him being bailed out for 2 counts of attempted murder. It is said that Max evans his basketball rival is out of his coma. More tonight at 9. Back to you" the reporter said. Max clicked the tv off.
"God I cant tell max, not now" Liz said softly.
" Your going to have to tell him soon or later. It should be sooner rather then later." Maria said.
"God I wasnt expecting this" Liz said. Went back into max's room. he had that serious look upon his face.
"Why didnt you tell me?" max said softly.
" About Nick?" Liz asked.
"yes" max said.
"I didnt want to upset you" Liz said softly.
" What if he comes after us again" Max said.
"he wont, I wont let him." Liz said softly.
Max rubbed his eyes, liz knew he was upset about her not telling him. She kisse him softly.
"Everything will be fine" Liz said.
"Are you sure about that?" Max asked.
"yes I'm sure, and I have some good news for you , But I'll wait to tell you" Liz said with a smile.
"Why cant you tell me Now" Max said.
"because I want to suprise you. Now I'm going to Go with Michael and Maria to my parents house to get some stuff. dont worry about me, get some rest" She said kissing him softly.
" makesure you come back to me" max said softly.
"You know I will" Liz said softly as she left with michael and Maria.
"Are you sure you want to go over there?" Maria asked.
"yes, There is some stuff I need to get." Liz said.
" I'll go in with and makesure nothing happens" Michael said They hopped into the truck and took off. They pulled up in front of the parker residents. the house was covered with reporters.
"Oh god" Liz said as she looked on.
"Jump out and run!" Michael said. Liz jumped out and ran to the front of the house. She quickly went in and slammed the door. Her parents Looked Up and saw Lizze.
"lizzie! you changed your mind?" her mother asked.
"I came to get some stuff" liz said as she went up to her room. Michael parked the truck and got out and ran up to the door. He came up behind Liz as she went upstairs.
"So you came with a body guard?" her father asked.
" Yeah so you dont try anything" Liz said as she went up the stairs to her room. At the top of the stairs Nick was standing there.
"so My little sister returns" He said with a smirk.
"i'm not your sister anymore More so I can get by" Liz said in a stern tone. he moved and Michael kept an eye on him as they made there way to her room. Liz grabbed what she could grabb and they headed back downstairs. When they came out of the house they were mobbed by reporters.
"Liz! it is said that you are married to max evans. And your tried to kill him the night of your wedding" One of the reporters yelled. Liz ignore them as Michael grabbed her hand and Pulled her through the crowd. They Jumped back into the truck and Drove off.
" He didnt try anything?" Maria asked.
"No But I dont trust him or my parents" Liz said softly.
nick watched them drive off. He closed the curtain.
" I cant believe her, After everything we did for her" Mrs parker said.
"Dont worry mom, her day is coming" Nick said.
"Dont do anything foolish again, you cant afford to screw up if your going to try to make it in camp again" his mother said.
"Dont worry" Nick said as he plopped down on the couch. He was going to get his way no matter what. He was going to makesure that he made in camp this time. The second tryouts and regestrations would be coming up. He was going to makesure everything was going to go smoothly. All He had to do was impress the Judges and keep max out of his way and everything would go smoothly.

Chapter 10b
Several weeks later -
Max hobbled out of the hospital with Liz by his side. He was so glad he was leaving the hospital. He couldnt take being cramped up in the room. Liz helped him into the car. She went around to the drivers seat and got in.
"Where's my mother?" Max asked.
"She said she had to do a few things so she wanted me to get you. Is that a problem?" Max smiled and laughed.
"of course not" He said as he tried to lean and kiss her.
" Good" She said as she started the car up.
"please tell me were going to have some alone time?" Max said as rubbed his eyes from lack of sleep.
" Alone time would be good." Liz said as they drove.
"yeah it would be, having you in my arms in bed" max said as Leaned his head on the seat. Liz smiled. The thought was wonderful to her.
"Well, that can be arranged. What did the doctor say about you and basketball" Liz asked.
"Well I cant play ball for anothe 6 weeks"
"what bout camp?" Liz asked.
" I'll be healed by then" Max said.
"Ok" Liz said softly. Max looked at her seriously, he knew something was on her mind.
"Tell me whats on your mind" He said leaning over and touching her hair.
"Nothing" She said softly as they pulled up in front of the evans household.
"I know something is bothering you Liz, is it me going off to camp?" max asked.
"No" She replied as they sat in the car.
" do you want me to go to camp?" Max asked.
" yes Of course I do! you know that I want you to go more then anything in the world!" she yelled.
"Then what is it?" Max knew there was something Liz wasnt telling him.
"Nothing, I was just thinking about how happy I am your here, alive and I can touch you and feel you" Liz said as she touched his face. And Then touched the place where he was stabbed. He winced some what in pain.
"Still tender there sweetie" he said Looking into her eyes.
"Sorry" She whispered.
"your ok" he said as he kissed her softly.
Maria Frantically threw her clothes out of her closet. There was a soft knock on the bedroom door.
"come in!" She yelled as she threw clothes across the room. Michael dodged a pair of sweat pants that practically hit him in the face.
"What the hell are you doing?" He asked as she turned and jumped from the presence of him.
"Oh god you scared me! Dont ever do that again!" As she punched him in the shoulder.
"Ok I will remember that. whats going on?" Michael asked.
"Oh I was looking for something. What are you doing here?" She asked.
"oh I wanted to see if you wanted to go to max's place. He got out of the hospital today"
" Umm Maybe, I was kind of going to let them have some alone time and stuff, Since Liz...is...well has a...Lot to say to max" Maria said trying not to say it out loud.
"Ok, well...you want to do something then?" Michael asked with a smile.
"are you asking me out on a date?" maria said with a smile.
" Umm no just thought maybe you wanted to hang like friends have some fun since things have been stressful."
" Ok what do you have in mind"
"Well how about a game of bowling"
" bowling? Inst it ...kareok Night at the bowling alley?" Maria asked curiously.
"Why yes it is!" michael said happly. Maria laughed.
"is this some plore to get me to sing?" She asked.
"Maybe" Michael saidf softly.
"Ok, One game One song" Maria said.
" 2 games one song" Michael said trying to bargain with her.
"Deal" maria said.
"Ok, I'll pick you up at 7" michael said as he left the room.
Liz was Enjoying the peaceful rythm of Max's breathing as she laid next to him. He was fast asleep. She heard his mother downstairs. she pulled some clothes on and went downstairs.
"Hey" She said softly.
"Hey, How's he doing?" Dianne evans asked as she laid her keys on the table.
"better then expected he's sleeping right now" Liz said as she sat down at the table.
"ok, well I'm glad he is better and I will talk to him when he is up." She said as she made herself some coffee and went out into the living room. Liz went back upstairs and found rolled over on the bed.
"Where did you go?" He asked.
" just downstairs" Liz said as she crawled next to him.
"oh come here" he said As he pulled her towards him and kissed her.
"you could of missed me that much." Liz replied.
"Well I did" max said kissing her. Liz thought about it, she had to tell Max sooner or later. And she decided it was now or never.
" max I need to tell you something" She said softly.
"what is it sweetie" he asked brushing her hair away from her face.
"I'm...pregnant" Max looked up at her suprised.
"what?" he said as if he didnt hear her.
"I'm.."
" I heard you, oh god Liz!" he said as he hugged her tightly.
" So your happy?" She asked.
"Of course!" he said Kissing her face.
"I thought maybe you would be upset"
"No! why Would I be?" He asked.
"Because this really inst a good time to have a child"
" so I dont care, I want us to start our family" Max said kissing her. Max was happier then ever. Liz wasnt so sure if she was happy about having this baby. All her fears started invading her thoughts. What if she wasnt ready to be a mother, what if he wasnt ready to be a father. Liz washed those fears away as max kissed her.
Several weeks later -

"what bout camp?" Liz asked.
" I'll be healed by then" Max said.
"Ok" Liz said softly. Max looked at her seriously, he knew something was on her mind.
"Tell me whats on your mind" He said leaning over and touching her hair.
"Nothing" She said softly as they pulled up in front of the evans household.
"I know something is bothering you Liz, is it me going off to camp?" max asked.
"No" She replied as they sat in the car.
" do you want me to go to camp?" Max asked.
" yes Of course I do! you know that I want you to go more then anything in the world!" she yelled.
"Then what is it?" Max knew there was something Liz wasnt telling him.
"Nothing, I was just thinking about how happy I am your here, alive and I can touch you and feel you" Liz said as she touched his face. And Then touched the place where he was stabbed. He winced some what in pain.
"Still tender there sweetie" he said Looking into her eyes.
"Sorry" She whispered.
"your ok" he said as he kissed her softly.
Maria Frantically threw her clothes out of her closet. There was a soft knock on the bedroom door.
"come in!" She yelled as she threw clothes across the room. Michael dodged a pair of sweat pants that practically hit him in the face.
"What the hell are you doing?" He asked as she turned and jumped from the presence of him.
"Oh god you scared me! Dont ever do that again!" As she punched him in the shoulder.
"Ok I will remember that. whats going on?" Michael asked.
"Oh I was looking for something. What are you doing here?" She asked.
"oh I wanted to see if you wanted to go to max's place. He got out of the hospital today"
" Umm Maybe, I was kind of going to let them have some alone time and stuff, Since Liz...is...well has a...Lot to say to max" Maria said trying not to say it out loud.
"Ok, well...you want to do something then?" Michael asked with a smile.
"are you asking me out on a date?" maria said with a smile.
" Umm no just thought maybe you wanted to hang like friends have some fun since things have been stressful."
" Ok what do you have in mind"
"Well how about a game of bowling"
" bowling? Inst it ...kareok Night at the bowling alley?" Maria asked curiously.
"Why yes it is!" michael said happly. Maria laughed.
"is this some plore to get me to sing?" She asked.
"Maybe" Michael saidf softly.
"Ok, One game One song" Maria said.
" 2 games one song" Michael said trying to bargain with her.
"Deal" maria said.
"Ok, I'll pick you up at 7" michael said as he left the room.
Liz was Enjoying the peaceful rythm of Max's breathing as she laid next to him. He was fast asleep. She heard his mother downstairs. she pulled some clothes on and went downstairs.
"Hey" She said softly.
"Hey, How's he doing?" Dianne evans asked as she laid her keys on the table.
"better then expected he's sleeping right now" Liz said as she sat down at the table.
"ok, well I'm glad he is better and I will talk to him when he is up." She said as she made herself some coffee and went out into the living room. Liz went back upstairs and found rolled over on the bed.
"Where did you go?" He asked.
" just downstairs" Liz said as she crawled next to him.
"oh come here" he said As he pulled her towards him and kissed her.
"you could of missed me that much." Liz replied.
"Well I did" max said kissing her. Liz thought about it, she had to tell Max sooner or later. And she decided it was now or never.
" max I need to tell you something" She said softly.
"what is it sweetie" he asked brushing her hair away from her face.
"I'm...pregnant" Max looked up at her suprised.
"what?" he said as if he didnt hear her.
"I'm.."
" I heard you, oh god Liz!" he said as he hugged her tightly.
" So your happy?" She asked.
"Of course!" he said Kissing her face.
"I thought maybe you would be upset"
"No! why Would I be?" He asked.
"Because this really inst a good time to have a child"
" so I dont care, I want us to start our family" Max said kissing her. Max was happier then ever. Liz wasnt so sure if she was happy about having this baby. All her fears started invading her thoughts. What if she wasnt ready to be a mother, what if he wasnt ready to be a father. Liz washed those fears away as max kissed her.

Chapter 11
Maria Stood at the end of the lane deciding whether or not she should toss the ball. Michael was already beating her. 'why couldnt he just let me win!' she thought as she tossed the ball and it rolled down the lane and entered teh gutter.
" nice try" he said as he went to get his ball.
" what ever happened to letting the girl win?" Maria asked as she sipped on her soda.
"That will never happen" Michael said as he sent the ball down the lane and it made a strike. Maria looked over and Saw Nick with a gang of his buddies.
"uhh oh trouble" Maria said as she sat down. Michael turned and glared at nick as he made his way towards them.
"Well, well. If it isnt Guerin and his little whore" Nick said laughing. Maria Jumped up and pushed him.
"You better shut your face nick before I kick your ass" Maria said.
" Yeah right you Kick my ass? I didnt come here to see you anyways. Guerin tell your captain I always get what I want, and that his little Fairy tale wedding, and life will be gone." He said as he laughed and walked away.
"Your threats are nothing" michael said.
" We will see about that. Tell your Captain also that, I will see him at camp in a few weeks" Nick said as he smirked and walked off.
"Whatever" michael said. Michael sat down next to maria.
"look lets not let him interfer with our fun. come I have a promise to keep remember?" Maria said with a smile as she took Michael by the arm and pulled him over to the Cafe where The kareoke was going on.
"Pick a song any song" Maria said as she stepped up to the mic.
"Ok how about....Pieces of me by AShlee simpson?" Michael said with a smile.
"A very wise choice guerin." She said into the mic. She set the song and music started and words started going and she started singing her heart out.
" You guys know the plan right?" Nick said as he jumped into the truck. AJ Steveson looked at him worried.
" I dont like this at all. Kidnapping is a crime" AJ said.
" Just do as I say or your ass will be mine. Does The video mean anything to you?"
"you promised you wouldnt show that to anyone!" AJ yelled.
" Well If you dont do what I ask your parents will know everything" nick said.
Several hours later -
maria came running out of the Bowling alley laughing her head off. She ended up leaving the place with 2 trophies for the kareok contest. She leaned against the truck holding her stomach laughing so hard.
" Maria that was the best time I ever had, except for the whole Nick part" michael said.
"yeah it was, we should do that again" She said with a smile.
"yeah we should.." michael said looking her into the eyes. He leaned in and kissed her softly.
Liz was fast asleep. She Heard noise that startled her. She slowly got up trying not to disturb max. As she made her way down the hall she saw someone. She turned and saw Two men all dressed in black. One of them grabbed her and covered her mouth with something. The next thing she knew everything was black.
The next morning -
Max woke up and rolled over expecting Liz to be there. She wasnt there. He slowly got up and went to the Kitchen and saw his mother reading the paper.
"Morning" he said.
"Morning, I wasnt expecting to see you up."
"yeah, I feel a little better today, where's Liz?" He asked.
"Umm I dont know, I havent seen her. Here's a thought maybe she went to school? you know you still have a couple of weeks left" She said grabbing her briefcase and heading out the door.
"Maybe" Max said sipping on a glass of orange Juice. But something deep inside of him said something was definetly wrong. He quickly grabbed the phone and dialed her cell number. It rang 4 times and went to voicemail.
"Hey babe, call me back when you get this, I was expecting you to be there when I woke up. I guess your at school. I'm getting worried over nothing call me bye" he hung the phone up. He looked out the window and saw Michael pull up.
"hey what are you doing here?" Max asked.
"Well I thought I would skip school today. Maria was wondering if Liz was here. She was going to swing by here and give her a ride" Michael asked.
"She's not here, I woke up and she was gone"
" Maybe she is already school, I'll call maria later and see" Michael said as he left.
Later that day -

"Whats going on?" Max asked as he opened the door.
"I dont know, Liz is MIA!" Maria yelled.

"No! No one has seen her all day! And Nick is acting way too suspicious. He left school early, and so did AJ Stevensons and three other guys from the team. They Threatened you and michael last night at the bowling alley/" Maria said.
"Oh god, I sware if they done anything to her..."
" Come on lets go we have to find her" Maria said as they both rushed out the door.

Chapter 12 -
Liz came to and found herself in the back seat of a truck. she looked over and saw her brother in the truck. She started fighting but AJ grabbed her arms.
“Now there is no need to fight” Nick said laughing.
“you son of a bitch! Let me go!” Liz yelled as she fought with Aj. She scratched aj across the face.
“Ouch!” Aj yelled as he touched his face that was no bleeding.
They stopped the car, Liz Quickly Jumped out and tried to run But Nick Grabbed and pushed her to the ground.
“ Please! dont hurt me! Please! dont hurt my baby!” Liz yelled as she kicked Nick.
“Your baby? Your carrying that...that Punks baby!” Nick Yelled pulling her the ground.
“Please!” Liz yelled. Nick pulled her back to the car.
“What are we going to do with her nick?” AJ Asked pushing her into the car.
“ She's going to get what she deserves” Nick said getting back in the car
“you bastard!” Liz yelled as she kicked the seat. Nick turned and slapped her.
“Shutup!” Nick yelled.
“This is getting out of hand!” Aj Yelled.
“ your part of this now Aj!” Nick yelled.
“ Lets stick her in the trunk” Brian said Holding her Left Arm down.
“Let go of me!” Liz yelled.
“If you dont shutup I'm going to put you in the trunk and leave you there!” Nick yelled.
“Where are you taking me!” Liz yelled as she tried to push Brian off her. Brian kept touching her.
“You'll see” Brian said.
“Leave her alone” AJ said.
“What? your sticking up for her now? Are you siding with them?” Brian asked.
“ I dont think this right! I mean This is has gone to far nick!” AJ yelled.
“Remember what I told you I was going to do if you didnt do what I want you to do?” Nick asked.
“I dont care anymore! I'm not going to be a part of this!”
“Its too late you already are!” Nick yelled.
“ Good were stopping I need a bathroom break” Brian said as him and Nick got out. AJ looked over and noticed the keys in the car. ' dumbass' aj thought. He looked over at Liz.
“Liz dont fight with me ok I'm going to get you out of here and I'm going to have this mess end!”
“Ok” Liz said.
“Ok slowly get out and get in the passengers seat and I'll get in the drivers seat and We will take off” Liz slowly got out of the car and climbed in the passengers seat. AJ started the car up. Nick turned and saw AJ taking off in the car.
“Son of a bitch! Brian you left the keys in the truck!” Nick yelled. They started running after thembut they were too far ahead. Liz looked back and sa w them then she looked over at AJ.
“Why, Why did you do this and suddenly change your mind?” Liz asked.
“because I'm tired of this bull shit with your brother. And when he told us this plan I didnt think he was really going to do it” AJ said.
Several hours later -
Max paced back and fourth in the living of his house. His mother watched him.
“your going to ware a hole in the carpet” his mother said.
“ I dont know where he could of taken her!” He yelled.
AJ Pulled up in front of the sheriff's station and walked in with Liz. Sheriff valenti looked up.
“Liz? we have been looking for you” he said.
“ My brother Kidnapped me, well he tried to until AJ stopped anything from happening.” Liz said.
“Where is nick now?” Sheriff valenti asked.
“We left him and Brian Anderson at a gas station several miles away.” AJ said.
Max Sat on the couch worried. He heard the door slam and looked up. He saw Liz in the door way he went to her and pulled her into his arms and kissed her.
Several years later -
Liz sat with her six year old Little girl named Sara in the stands. They searched the court for max.
“There he is sweetie” Liz said as she pulled sara up on her lap.
“Yay! Go daddy! Mommy I want to be just like daddy!” Sara said with a smile. Liz hugged her tightly. And they watched the game.
Nick Looked up and sat the tv. He saw Liz With her little Girl in the stands.
“Turn that shit off!” nick yelled at his prison mate.
“No I want to see this! This is the only time I get to see the game! They say Evans is The best this season” The prisoner said.
“yeah right” Nick said.
“ They say he has had a hard time making it in basket ball” nick laughed. They showed Liz's picture again and Then showed Max On the court. Nick Picked Up paper napkin holder and Threw it at the tv.
“hey!” one of the prisoners yelled.
“I told you to turn that shit off!” Nick yelled.
“ you know I read something about Evans, and you were metioned in it” His Prison mate said.
“Really? thats nice.” nick said as the guards motioned for the prisoners to go back to their cells.
When the game was over Max Met Liz and sara Outside the locker room. He was all sweaty, he scopped Sara up and threw her over his arms.
“Ewww daddy! Your all sweaty!” Sara yelled.
“Good game today” Liz said.
“ wasnt my best” Max s aid leaning in for a kiss.
“So I hope your free this weekend for some family time” Liz said with a smile.
“I have pratice and Then I'm free the rest of the weekend. So I can spend time with my girls!” He said as he tickled Sara.
“yay! Daddy!” Sara yelled laughing as max Put her in the back seat of the car.
“ No reporters today?” liz said with a smile.
“Nope I try to out run them” Max said hopping in the car.
“Ohh and the screaming girls?” Liz asked laughing.
“Ohh well I just tell Them I'm happly married” Max s aid laughing.
“ Well I'm happy to know That I am married to the hottest and Sexiest NBA Star in the U.S” Liz said smiling and Bitting her lip.
“Really?” Max replied as he leaned in and Kissed her.
“Ewwww!” sara said laughing.
“What are you ewwwing about?” Liz asked sara.
“Those were sloppy kisses!” sara said with a disgusted face. Liz and max laughed and Drove off. Liz turned on the radio and They were playing sports news.
“And In sports, Max Evans is heating the court this season. But There is a backstory to max Evans that Most people dont know. More to come after this” The Radio DJ said. Liz turned the station. They really didnt want hear what had happen in the past. They were slient in the car. Until Liz said something.
“ My parents have been wanting to see Sara” Liz said softly.
“ I'll makesure I'm not there” Max s aid taking a gulp of his gatorade.
“ They want me to go see Nick in jail” She said.
“no Liz” Max said in a ster tone.
“ I wasnt going to go. I want him to rott in jail. And I want My parents to leave us alone. I mean They can see Sara but I want nothing to do with them” Liz said.
“Look lets not talk about this ok. Lets just go home Put sara to bed so I can spend some quality time with my beatiful amazing wife” max said.
“That sounds Nice” Liz said with a smile. Max looked over and saw His little girl fast asleep in the back seat. He looked over at his wife. He coudlnt believe he had everything he wanted. For a while he thought he was going to loose everything. And then he went to camp, came out with a scholarship to play basket ball and Now he's an NBA star. It just amazed him. ' Who's the better man now' Max Thought in the back of his mind as they pulled up into the driveway of there pratically brand new home.
“Home sweet home” Max said as He got out and Slowly pulled the sleeping sara out of the back seat. Liz went to the front door. She pulled the mail out of the box. She flipped through it and Pulled out a letter that was addressed to her. She looked at the turn address and realized who it was from. She quickly stuffed it in her purse and Unlocked the door. She wasnt going to let Nick ruin her Life again. when she got into the house She Threw the letter in the garbage. She went up and Put Sara to sleep. She sat In Sara's room for a while and watched her sleep. Max came in the room.
“come to bed” Max s aid softly.
“yeah in a minute” liz kissed sara on the forehead and Fixed her blankets and slowly left the room.
She couldnt believe after everything she had been through she still had everything she wanted.

“ Well I'm happy to know That I am married to the hottest and Sexiest NBA Star in the U.S” Liz said smiling and Bitting her lip.
“Really?” Max replied as he leaned in and Kissed her.
“Ewwww!” sara said laughing.
“What are you ewwwing about?” Liz asked sara.
“Those were sloppy kisses!” sara said with a disgusted face. Liz and max laughed and Drove off. Liz turned on the radio and They were playing sports news.
“And In sports, Max Evans is heating the court this season. But There is a backstory to max Evans that Most people dont know. More to come after this” The Radio DJ said. Liz turned the station. They really didnt want hear what had happen in the past. They were slient in the car. Until Liz said something.
“ My parents have been wanting to see Sara” Liz said softly.
“ I'll makesure I'm not there” Max s aid taking a gulp of his gatorade.
“ They want me to go see Nick in jail” She said.
“no Liz” Max said in a ster tone.
“ I wasnt going to go. I want him to rott in jail. And I want My parents to leave us alone. I mean They can see Sara but I want nothing to do with them” Liz said.
“Look lets not talk about this ok. Lets just go home Put sara to bed so I can spend some quality time with my beatiful amazing wife” max said.
“That sounds Nice” Liz said with a smile. Max looked over and saw His little girl fast asleep in the back seat. He looked over at his wife. He coudlnt believe he had everything he wanted. For a while he thought he was going to loose everything. And then he went to camp, came out with a scholarship to play basket ball and Now he's an NBA star. It just amazed him. ' Who's the better man now' Max Thought in the back of his mind as they pulled up into the driveway of there pratically brand new home.
“Home sweet home” Max said as He got out and Slowly pulled the sleeping sara out of the back seat. Liz went to the front door. She pulled the mail out of the box. She flipped through it and Pulled out a letter that was addressed to her. She looked at the turn address and realized who it was from. She quickly stuffed it in her purse and Unlocked the door. She wasnt going to let Nick ruin her Life again. when she got into the house She Threw the letter in the garbage. She went up and Put Sara to sleep. She sat In Sara's room for a while and watched her sleep. Max came in the room.
“come to bed” Max s aid softly.
“yeah in a minute” liz kissed sara on the forehead and Fixed her blankets and slowly left the room.
She couldnt believe after everything she had been through she still had everything she wanted.
