A/N - sorry this chapter isnt that great! LOL! The chapter after this one will be the last chapter! And it will have a happpy ending, and you never know there could be a sequel in the works!


Chapter 7b

Michael and maria walked into max' and Liz's place and found it looking like a hurricane had hit the living room. Maria stepped over the broken lamp on the floor and found Liz and max with ben in th kitchen.

"What the hell happened?" Michael asked as maria went to ben.

" maria we need to talk" Liz said taking her by the hand and pulling her into the back of the house.

"Whats going on? you said something was wrong with ben?" maria said.

" Did you know he could blow things up?" Liz asked. Maria held her hand to her head.

" He was blowing things up for a while and then it stopped. And then the other day he said he could see colors around certain people" Maria replied.

" He was fine for a while and then I think My husband gave him a little too much sugar and he got hyper and started blowing things up for fun." Liz said.

"Oh god, I was hoping that his powers wouldnt be this bad. I mean, they were on and off. One day he would blow things up and the next it was like he didnt have powers" Maria said.

" Maybe The connection with Michael made his powers stronger and it doesnt help when My lovable husband feeds him a crap load of sugar" Liz said.

"maybe we should blame max for this one?" Maria said with a smile.

"I think so" Liz said laughing.

" But to be on the safe side maybe Michael should help him control his powers" Maria said.

"That would be a good idea. Because we cant have him blowing things up in public" Liz said as she went back into the kitchen with Max, michael and ben.

"Ben Sweetie you did all this didnt you?" Maria asked looking her son in the eye.

"yes mommy I was just having a little fun!" he yelled.

"Its ok sweetie" Maria said hugging him. Maria, Michael and ben left. Liz looked over at the distruction in her living room.

"Makes you want to have kids?" Max asked.

"yeah, But I'll makesure that you dont give too much dam sugar!" Liz yelled poking him in the chest.

"how is this my fault!"

"Lets see how many popsicles did you give him?" Liz asked wrapping her arms around her neck.

" two" He said kissing her. She could taste the cherry popsicle he had on his lips earlier.

" sure" she whispered.

"So are we goingto clean up this mess? Or are we going to you know..." he said kissing her. Liz smiled and laughed.

"The second option sounds better then the first. And I was thinking, maybe we should try to have kids. I mean, I like ben, he's too cute for words"

"really?" Max said.

"Really" Liz whispered.

"Well then lets start right now" Max said as he picked her up and carried her to their room.

Maria Plopped down on the couch, Michael plopped down next to her. Ben plopped down on top of both of them. He smiled up his daddy.

"Daddy?" He asked.

"What kiddo?" he asked.

"Am I different from everyone else? Auntie Lizzie says I'm different but special from everyone else" ben asked. Michael smiled and brushed his hair away from his face.

"yeah, your our special little angel." Michael said. Ben smiled and Hugged Michael tightly.

" You and mommy are special to me" Ben said as he crawled off the couch and went into kitchen. Michael scooted over closer to Maria. Maria laid her head on his shoulder.

"you know were going to have watch him closely" Maria said softly.

"I know" Michael said Kissing maria on the top of her head.

"Well I think maybe we should go have some fun" maria said slapping him in the leg.

"Fun? Now?" Michael said.

"yeah why not, we can go down to the bowling alley. Ben has never been bowling" Maria said.

"sounds like fun" Michael said. Michael kissed her. And suddenly the phone rang. Ben answered the phone.

"hello" He said into the phone. He ran into the living with the phone and handed it to michael.

"hello" he said into the phone.

"Michael, hey its Ashlee" The familiar voice said into the phone.

"Ohh hey how's New york" Michael said mouthing the word Ashlee to maria. Maria quickly got up and went to the kitchen and fixed Ben something to eat.

"its great, hey listen I thought about things and I realized I..was missing something here in New york that roswell didnt have."

"Oh ok" michael said looking over at maria. Maria was getting mad. 'Did he not tell ashlee that we were back together?' she thought as ben pulled at her clothes.

"Mommy I think Bowling is a good idea" he said.


" I'm sorry things didnt work out for us" ashlee said into the phone.

"yeah I'm sorry too" Michael said.

"Well I hope we can still be friends"

"Sure friends that would be great" Maria Listened on, she was relieved. Michael looked over at her and smiled.

"Well I better go Talk to you soon" Michael said as he hung the phone up. Maria was giving him that look.

"What?" he asked.

"Nothing" Maria said as she back to making Ben a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. Michael walked into the kitchen and wrapped his arms around her.

" I love you" He whispered in her ear. She smiled and let him kiss her neck.

"mommy!" ben yelled. maria came back to reality and finished his sandwhich. And handed it to ben.

later that night -

Maria watched Ben and michael sleeping on the couch. They looked so cute. Michael was laying across the couch and ben was laying on top of him fast asleep. They both had their arms hanging over the side of the couch. Maria smiled there was so much of Michael in ben. And so much of her in ben. Michael stirred.

"shhh, dont move you'll wake him" Maria said. Maria picked ben up slowly and held while michael got up, then she laid him back down on the couch. they both went to the bedroom.

"he had so much fun bowling" Maria said she slowly closed the door.

"yeah he did" michael said crawling to bed. Maria laid next to him.

" so what did ashlee say?" Maria asked curiously.

" That she had missed something in New york that wasnt here in roswell" Michael said fixing the pillow.

"oh thats good" maria said snuggling up next to him.

" Look I want everything to be in the past with us. Lets start over again" Michael said turning towards her.

"that would be great" Maria said with a smile. As she fell asleep with michael.

Chapter 8

Several weeks later -

Maria Looked at herself in the mirror. This time it was for real. This time she was going to marry Michael no matter what. She had on a simple wedding dress, Nothing to fancy and beautiful flowers adorned in her hair. Ben came running into the room with his suit and tie on.

“Mommy you look so beautiful” he said hugging her tightly.

“Thank you baby and you so handsome” She said smiling as she took one more look at herself. This was it, she took a deep breath and was ready to marry the man she loved so deeply. Liz came into the room and grabbed ben.

“There you are!” She ssaid scoopinng him up.

“I had to see mommy” He said smiling.

“Are you sure you can keep him the whole week we are gone?” Maria asked her. Liz smiled and nodded her head.

“of course maria we can. Besides I think Max took a liking to ben” Liz said with a smile.

“does this mean I see kids in the future?” Maria asked.

“maybe” Liz said innocently.

The wedding was beautiful to Liz. She hadnt seen her best friend so happy. When everything was said and down There was a huge Party at the crashdown. Michael and Maria danced for hours.

"Look so happy" max said setting next to Liz.

"yeah I think things will work out for them now" Liz said with a smile. Ben came running up to them with a huge piece of wedding cake on a plate in his hand. Liz laughed at him. He had smeared icing all over his face.

"ben sweetie its suppose to go in your mouth" Liz said smiling.

" This is good cake" He said Licking the icing off his fingers.

Later that night -

Liz was chasing ben around the crashdown. She finally scooped him up and sat him down on a chair.

"How cake did Uncle Max give you?" She asked wiping his face off once again. Ben giggled, And took a gulp of His soda. Liz started cleaning up. The door of the crashdown opened and Liz noticed max walking in with a dalamtion.

"We get the kid and the dog for a week" Max said with a smile.

"Pongo!" Ben yelled as he ran towards max.

"pongo?" Liz asked curiously and shrugged her shoulders.

" Well I hope Michael and maria have a nice trip." Max said kissing his wife.

" I hope they do too" Liz said with a smile.


The next morning -

Maria woke up in the hotel room. She smelled pancakes she followed the smell to Michael setting at the table eating.

"To think you didnt wake me up!" She yelled. He turned and smiled at her.

"Sorry you looked so beautiful sleeping I didnt want to wake you" He said motioning for her to have a seat.

She took a seat and bit off his pancakes. She Liked this, just him and her together. maria realized she would be having for more of these moments now that they were married.

"So what are our plans today mr guerin?" She asked with a smile. He smiled and leaned in to kiss her.

"Well to spend the day with My beautiful new wife of course" He said as he kissed.

"But we cant stay in all day" She said not refusing his kiss.

"Who says we cant?" Michael said kissing her and running his fingers through her hair.

"I love you" she said softly.

"I love you, Did I ever tell you I am amazed by you?" He whispered softly.

"No" she said kissing him. He scooped her up and carried her into the room.

"I want to spend the whole day in your arms" Maria said. Michael smiled and laid her on the bed.




Ben Jumped onto max and Liz's bed. Max Woke up from the bouncing on the bed.

"Morning Uncle max and Auntie Liz!" ben yelled as he laid between them.

"Good morning ben" Liz said tiredly.

" Is this how you wake up mommy and daddy now" Max said.

"Yes" ben said. Pongo came into the room and jumped on the bed and Licked bens Face.

" When's mommy and daddy coming back?" Ben asked.

" Next week, do you miss them?" Liz asked.

"yes I cant wait to meet my little sister when she comes" ben said jumping off the bed with pongo. Liz turned to max and Looked at him curiously.

"what did he just say?" Liz asked.

"he said.....ohhhh He Thinks Maria is....."

" No wait, maria would of told me if ..... she was..."

"Maybe he senses it?" max asked curiously.

Liz Quickly picked up the cordless and dialed the hotel number That maria had gave her. She went out into the living and found Ben eating a cerel and feeding some of it to pongo. He had it everywhere but liz didnt care. She grabbed the remote and turned down the tv. The phone rang 5 times before maria picked it up.

"maria!" She yelled into the phone.

"Liz? Whats wrong?" maria said sitting up in the bed.

"Why didnt you tell me your pregnant again?" Liz asked.

"What I'm not...." Maria said.

"Ben says you are. He said he couldnt wait to see his baby sister come"

"Oh my god!" Maria said as she hopped out of bed.

"so are you?" Liz asked excitedly.

"I dont know I dont feel pregnant"

"Well how did you know when you were pregnant with ben?" Liz asked.

"Oh well I noticed My stomach glowing" maria Looked down and her stomach was glowing a pale green.

"maria?" Liz said as she fell slient on the phone.

"Ohhh...Ummm Liz call me back later" Maria hung the phone up. She pulled her clothes on. Michael watched her pull her clothes on.

"Going somewhere?" he asked Pulling her back into bed.

"yeah I have to go get something something real quick" She said as he kissed her.

"No, stay. Who was on the phone?" He asked.

"Ohh it was Liz, she was just checking to make sure we got here ok" Maria said with a smile.

" Ok so what do you have to get?" He asked.

"Ohh I was going to go get a soda or something downstairs in the cafe" maria said.

"Ohhh grabb me a cherry coke" He said kissing her softly.

"Sure" Maria said as she left. She went downstairs to the little convient store type thing they had in the hotel. She went and grabbed a pregnancy test and Then went to the cafe and grabbed two sodas. In the back of her mind she was happy. She wanted to make sure she was really pregnant and that the glowing wasnt some after affect from sleeping with michael or something.

several hours later -

Maria was curled up on the couch with michael. She figured it this would be the best time to tell him.

"Michael" She whispered as she sat up.

"What" he whispered.

"What would you say if I was tell you I am pregnant again?" She asked softly. He sat up and looked at her suprised and smiled.

"Well are...you" He asked.

"yes" She said. Michael smiled and Kissed her softly.

"Oh god maria I am so happy!" He said kissing her. Maria felt like she was the happiest women in the world. She wouldnt give this up for the world.

"I love you" He said kissing her.

"I love you too" she said as she wrapped her arms around him.
