I close my eyes and savour the quiet,"Well, your mom doesn't need to know about this, so the punishment shouldn't be that bad."
"That goes without saying...if she ever found out I was here that would be the end of my life as I know it.She'd never you close me to ever again."

I hear him opening one of the bottles of water and stretch my hand out for it,"I think we both just needed a day off.
"Yeah I agree...do you think the others will notice the change in our relationship?Personally I think they all are way too caught up in their own little dramas."

Propping myself up on my elbows I look at Alex,"Tell you what...let's not tell them about us,instead let's wait and see how they take to figure it out by themselves."

*Maria*

He relieves some of my insecurities by answering,"Maria, if this was a pity date I wouldn't have spent all night with you after the date ended. But if you want to pay for the waffles, go right ahead," He jokes and at this I laugh. ell, at least his good humored. "Actually, you can make me waffles some time if you ever feel like you owe me something." Hmmm not entirely a bad idea. In fact maybe I will. After all I share a place with Tess now. I'm sure she won't mind.

He takes a bite of his food while his handsome face turns on a more serious note. His eyes meet mine and it's as if the entire world melt away. It's just him and me. "I like spending time with you too."
Trying tO show him that I'm not entirely melodramatic I answer with a teasing, "Well, thats good. I hate if these feelings were all one sided." With that I take a bite of my waffles and am launched into pure heaven. "Mmmm...Perect" I adomish.

My eyes remain locked to his and never waiver as I explain. "And the food isn't half bad either ." He is really yummy looking.

Alex

"Well, we won't let that happen."

Tell you what...let's not tell them about us,instead let's wait and see how they take to figure it out by themselves." She adds, after my comment about our delinquent friends, and I chuckle.

"God, It'll probably take Michael a week, and he'll probably figure out I told you about us before it even occurs to him that we're dating." I hand her the water after taking a sip, and lay down on my stomach next to her, resting my head on my arms.

Michael

"Well, thats good. I hate if these feelings were all one sided." Maria teases, and I just grin at her. She starts to eat some of her waffles, and I watch her for a moment, as she moans in contentment. "Mmmm...Perfect." With her eyes on mine, and her face completely serious, she adds, "And the food isn't half bad either."

Smirking at her, I try to find something to say to that. Because all I'm thinking is that eating waffles has never seemed that sexy before in my entire life. This girl is amazing.

"Are they now," I answer, for lack of a better response. I told you I'm a man of few words. Taking a long drink of my milk, I stuff my mouth with food so I don't have to come up with a better one.

Isabel

"God, It'll probably take Michael a week, and he'll probably figure out I told you about us before it even occurs to him that we're dating." Alex says with a grin on his face as he settles down next to me

This is the life...no worries or hassels,everyday should be like this.

"Maria will probably kill me for not telling her immediately but I think she'll get over it once she sees how happy I am." I say softly with my eyes closed

"Alex...what happens if you ever find a way to go back?" This something I have been thinking about consciously and sub-consciously since the previous night when he told me that he's an alien

*Maria*

"Are they now?" He questions with a smirk before taking a rather large gulp of milk. I try to hold back a snicker at his responce. "Yeah they are." I give him a playful wink before continuing to dig in. "How are yours?" I inquire coyly as I indicate his breakfast with my fork. "Are they up to your rather high standards?" I joke before leaning over to grab a packet of sugar. My hand accidentl brushes up against his and it's as if his touch is an electric shock throughout my body.

Michael

"Yeah they are. How are yours?" Maria asks, winking at me. "Are they up to your rather high standards?"

She reaches across the table for some sugar, brushing against my hand, and it's as if someone just gave me the biggest static shock of my life. Woah. That was intense.

"Well, to be honest..." I say smoothly, trying to read her face to see if she felt something just then too. "The view is better than the food."

*Maria*

The charmed casanova never misses a beat when he replies, "Well, to be honest..." His piercing chocolate brown eyes stare into mine as if all of life's secrets lay in their mysterous depths. God, this man is amazing. Just a simple look from him captivates my very soul. Damn, I'm getting in too deep, but I find that I could care less. If I have to be lost I want it to be in this mans embrace. Because only with him can I ever be truly found.

Wow, that was cheesey. Remind me to read less romance novels and more car mechanical manuals. At least those are useful for everyday life. "The view is better than the food." I find myself wanting to blush but I attempt to stop myself only allowing the slightest bit of pink to cross my cheeks. "Yeah, it's not to bad from this angle either." I state a bit breathlessly. Then the magic is interupted when the waitress comes back to lay our bill in between us.

Before Michael can protest I grab it up. "Tell you what... I'll get this one ,and you can cover the next okay?" For those who don't know me to well this is my roundabout way of inssuring there's a next time. LOL. I am evil. "Besides I can think of several ways you could pay me back." I respond with a little flirtation. This could be fun.

I return to Tess's house clean, shaven, and carrying some purple flowers I picked out of Old Man Brown's garden on the way over. Hopefully the geezer won't miss them. Knocking on the door I wait with them hidden behind my back for good measure. What a sap I have become. I hope she doesn't think this is to corny. When she opens up the door I stand in wonder. What a vision! "Um..." Drawing them out nervously I hand the delicate buds to her. "These are for you." Insert sheepish grin.

"You look beautiful." I reply unable to stop myself.
