A Thin Line and its sequel Friend or Foe? by LittleBit (Roswell/Alias)
Summary: Set several years in the future of the Roswell Universe but nothing after ‘Wipe Out’ happened. No dupes, no stupid alien jellyfish, Alex is alive, and Tess isn’t a murderous. As for what happened after ‘Wipe Out’ read on, however for the sake of the story, instead of Liz getting shot in 1999, she was shot in 1994. Also, this is set after ‘Passage II’ of Alias. So SD6 is still in operation, Sydney and Vaughn are not together, Irina is in CIA custody and Sark is allied with Sloane. I may borrow some lines or scenarios from the show but they are not mine.

Taking Over Me by Dimensia (Roswell/Angel)
Summary: The Pod Squad and the Fang Gang meet head on. What happens when disaster strikes, and Michael and Liz find themselves on their own in the City of Angel? Post-“Graduation” in the Roswellverse (though no Dreamer marriage), early Season 5 in VampLand, just after “Just Rewards.” Michael's playing narrator for the alien contingent, Spike's speaking for the blood-sucking crowd.

Gua Acolytes are searching for those "children" too. Mostly action, but there is some romantic focus. Takes place right after River Dog, but before Blood Brothers.

I may be kind of biased recommending this seen as how my older brother wrote it, but here it is anyhow:

End Of Days: Extermination

i dont think your biased, this is a reli good fic n id recomend it to anyone who like likes crossovers
